♡ Il Consenso
Il NO è SEMPRE NO, VERBALIZZALO. Aiutati e aiutaci a tutelarti, il NO esplicito e chiaro non lascia spazio a fraintendimenti.
IL SI è CONSENSO SOLO SE ESPLICITO. Il consenso non deve mai essere dato per scontato, lo si può ritirare in qualsiasi momento e può venire solo da una persona cosciente.

♡ Comportamenti da Branco
Atteggiamenti predatori, come accerchiare in gruppo, venire al party solo per rimorchiare, approcci aggressivi e insistenti non saranno tollerati. Rispetta chi è venuto per ballare e divertirsi in pace.

♡ Droghe & Alcool
Droga e abuso di alcool alterano la nostra capacità di riconoscere i nostri limiti e quelli degli altri. Non saranno tollerate quindi droghe all’interno del party. Un party sex positive mette te e le persone intorno a te in una condizione di vulnerabilità, è necessario per la tua sicurezza e quella della community che tu sia cosciente e responsabile. Se sei visibilmente ubriac* non entri al party. Ubriacatura e alterazioni moleste non sono accettate, verrai scortat* fuori dal club.

♡ Segnalare Sempre
Gli Angels sono formati per aiutarti durante la serata e sono pronti ad accogliere le tue segnalazioni. Segnalare immediatamente anche il problema più piccolo può prevenirne altri più gravi, è un atto di cura verso di te e verso la community. Prima comunichi il problema, prima possiamo risolverlo. Le scelte degli Angels su eventuali segnalazioni o espulsioni non sono negoziabili.

♡ Consapevolezza del Singolo
Prima di partecipare a SODA, stabilisci le tue intenzioni e i tuoi limiti per la serata. Sii consapevole dei tuoi limiti, non sentirti obbligato a superarli ma se vuoi farlo sii responsabile. Comunica sempre agli altri in modo chiaro quello che non ti va bene. Assicurati di essere in uno mindset positivo e non portarti dietro cattive energie. Se ti senti sol*, confus* o a disagio, parla con un Angel. Gli Angel sono molto visibili e pronti a fornire supporto, affrontare problemi e rispondere a qualsiasi domanda tu possa avere.

♡ Responsabilizzazione della Community
SODA vuole essere un’esperienza di arricchimento personale e collettivo. Il nostro obiettivo è creare un clima collaborativo dove la community e gli Angels lavorano insieme per la sicurezza di tutti. La tua missione è collaborare alla creazione di uno spazio in cui la community si senta al sicuro ed ognuno ha la responsabilità di segnalare comportamenti non in linea con le nostre regole e prendersi cura di chi ha attorno. Chi viene segnalato deve assumersi le responsabilità e accettarne le conseguenze.

♡ Non interrompere un Rapporto
Non hai mai il permesso di introdurti o di interrompere rapporti se non esplicitamente invitato. Comprendi le persone e i loro spazi, lascia in pace o chiedi gentilmente permesso, qualsiasi altra intrusione non sarà tollerata.

♡ Non toccare senza Consenso
Non toccare nessuno, staff e performer inclusi, senza un consenso esplicito.

♡ No video o Foto
Foto e video non sono permessi durante la serata e la fotocamera di tutti i cellulari verrà oscurata. Ci sarà un* nostr* fotograf* e videomaker ufficiale facilmente riconoscibile che avrà cura di non raffigurare nessun volto o segno riconoscibile, preservando la privacy di tutti partecipanti. Qualsiasi immagine che potrebbe svelare l’identità verrà censurata.

♡ Dress code Obbligatorio
Il dresscode è una parte essenziale di SODA e ha come obiettivo il comfort e l’agio di tutti i partecipanti della serata. La nudità è accettata. Se durante i party ti troviamo in abbigliamento casual, ti chiediamo di cambiarti o di lasciare il party.

♡ Protezioni Obbligatorie
Qualsiasi pratica deve essere effettuata in maniera protetta. Per una questione di igiene non è permessa nessuna dispersione di liquidi corporei.

♡ No masturbazione
Se osservare è legittimo, masturbarsi non sarà tollerato. Tratteremo le seghe solitarie come un atto sessuale non-consensuale.

♡ Lascia il posto meglio di come lo hai trovato
Lascia lo spazio intorno a te meglio di come lo hai trovato e usa tutti presidi forniti dal club. 

♡ Non sarà accettata nessuna forma di discriminazione

♡ Pack-like behaviour
Predatory attitudes, such as circling in a group, coming to the party just to hook up, aggressive and pushy approaches will not be tolerated. Respect those who have come to dance and have fun in peace.

♡ Drugs & Alcohol
Drugs and alcohol abuse impair our ability to recognise our own limits and those of others. Therefore drugs will not be tolerated at the party. A sex positive party puts you and the people around you in a vulnerable state, it is necessary for your safety and that of the community that you are aware and responsible. If you are visibly drunk* you do not enter the party. Drunkenness and disorderly conduct are not accepted, you will be escorted* out of the club.

♡ Always Report
The reception team is trained to help you during the evening and are ready to receive your reports. Reporting even the smallest problem immediately can prevent more serious ones; it is an act of caring towards yourself and the community. The sooner you report the problem, the sooner we can solve it. The welcoming team's choices are non-negotiable.

♡ Individual Awareness
Before participating in SODA, establish your intentions and limits for the evening. Be aware of your limits, do not feel obliged to exceed them but if you want to do so be responsible. Always communicate clearly to others what is wrong with you. Make sure you are in a positive mindset and do not carry negative energy with you. If you feel lonely, confused or uncomfortable, talk to the Welcome Team. The Welcome Team is visible thanks to a band of red light on their head and it is ready to provide support and answer any questions you may have.

♡ Community Empowerment
SODA wants to be an experience of personal and collective enrichment. Our goal is to create a collaborative climate where the community and the Welcome Team work together for the safety of all. Your mission is to collaborate in creating a space where the community feels safe and everyone has a responsibility to report behaviour that is not in line with our rules and to take care of those around them. Those who are reported must take responsibility and accept the consequences.

♡ Do not interrupt an intercourse
You are never allowed to intrude or interrupt relationships unless explicitly invited. Understand people and their spaces, leave them alone or ask politely for permission, any other intrusion will not be tolerated.

♡ Do not touch without consent
Do not touch anyone, including staff and performers, without explicit consent.

♡ No videos or photos
Photos and videos are not allowed during the evening and the camera of all mobile phones will be obscured. There will be an easily recognisable official photographer and video maker who will take care not to depict any recognisable faces or signs, preserving the privacy of all participants. Any images that could reveal identity will be censored.

♡ Mandatory dress code
The dress code is an essential part of SODA and is aimed at the comfort and ease of all participants in the evening. Nudity is accepted. If you are found in casual clothing during the parties, we'll ask you to change or leave the party.

♡ Mandatory Protections
Any practice must be carried out in a protected manner. As a matter of hygiene, no dispersion of bodily fluids is allowed.

♡ No masturbation
If observing is legitimate, masturbating will not be tolerated. We will treat solitary wanking as a non-consensual sexual act.

♡ Leave the place better than you found it
Leave the space around you better than you found it, and use all club-provided facilities. 

♡ No form of discrimination will be accepted
